I tried to list tickets for sale and but it was rejected. What should I do?
Please carefully read the terms and conditions related to ticket sales. Only original PDF copies are accepted when selling tickets; images or images converted to PDFs are not accepted. If the tickets are adjacent, you can list them under one request. However, if you have tickets in separate seats, you must list each ticket under separate requests.
I listed a ticket for sale and decided to withdraw it from sale. What should I do?
When you list your ticket for sale, we verify it and its status will be marked as “Pending.” Once approved, the status changes to “Accepted.” Once the ticket is sold, its status will change to “Sold, ” and the ticket will be directly sent to the buyer who then has the right to use it under your authorization for GrintaHub to transfer the ticket ownership. After selling, you no longer have the right to use the ticket, and a seller who sells a ticket that has been used will be subject to a penalty of 120% of the ticket’s value. However, if the tickets were not sold, you can withdraw the sale at any time before the ticket is sold by going to the seller’s control panel, clicking on the “Edit Ticket” button, and then hiding it using the “Hide” button.
